January 3, 2014 at 12:49 PMIt is always difficult to know whether to haggle or not especially if you are from a country where haggling and tipping is rare as in Australia. I think we should always remember as tourists that if we want the item we should agree to the price or walk away. If they are willing to bargain they will call you back. If you are desperate for the item just buy it or regret it later.
